When setting up a Raven XTV with Verizon service, I am getting the following error when trying to connect to the device using the AceManager software and UDP connection type. I have uploaded a config file that has been used in the past, but cannot get past this error. I have gone through the DNS settings and they appear to be what I have used successfully in the past. The one thing I have seen in the "STATUS" screen in the software is that the "Network State" says "Network Dormant" rather than "Network Ready" as it shows in the manual. Does anyone know of a setting that I am missing that could be giving me this error?

Contact Verizon and check that your IP address is a static, but unrestricted public IP. A restricted IP will cause the Network State to indicate "Network Dormant".
