A news story last week showed a tiny dam whose control system had been taken over, supposedly by someone who found it by "google dorking" for SCADA systems. I happen to be considering building a controller for a tiny dam, using an existing CR200X.
Since the CR200X can't do cellular callback, is it open to the whole Internet while it listens for LoggerNet to call? What security precautions are available in the CR200X, LoggerNet, and an LS300?
Thanks.
