I'm trying to get RTMC Pro to FTP a screen to a web server off site. I set up configure snapshot & FTP to output the screen every 60 seconds but it doesn't work. I can do an instantaneous FTP by putting a report export on the screen. But I want the program to FTP without my having to click on anything. Anyone have any idea how to make this work?? Thanks

Vicky, Did you get this working?
I also need help with this issue
Hi everybody,
I'm working to create a website for a company where I'd like to display the screenshots while the RTMC pro project is running.
I setted up the snapshot and FTP server pointing the file in my webserver on the RTMC pro project configuration but first I cant connect to the webserver to point my file and if I try to put the path of the files it doesn't work either when I run the project.
I thought about doing a batch file to schedule with windows task schedule so I've done the batch that I run using the terminal console and it seemed to work until it was written a port issue failing the transfert, so maybe this is the reason why RTMC pro is not doing the FTP transfert ? I might have a port issue with RTMC pro, what do you reckon ?
It's hard to guess as I cant find any file telling me whats going on.
I can transfert the screenshot on my webserver manually by Filezilla its working fine but I may have understood that Filezilla doesn't allows the automatic FTP transferts which is exactly what I'd like to do for...
I tried to use an automatic FTP manager software to FTP the screenshot and it was working fine until it caused issues for an other software collecting live data and running in the same time...
So finally I'd really like to get the snapshot and FTP from RTMC pro working fine to get this website done only using the RTMC pro functionalities, if anyone has already got that working I'd really apreciate to get some advices.
Cheers
Anybody has any idea please ?
