Overview
The 31326 is a GPS RF surge protection kit with flange mounting bracket. It may be flange-mounted to an enclosure backplate or bulkhead-mounted through an enclosure wall. One side of the surge protector connects to a GPS receiver with an SMA antenna connection. The other side connects to the GPS antenna/antenna coaxial cable with Type N connector. The surge protector passes up to ±6 Vdc, commonly needed for active GPS antenna applications. This kit includes:
- ±6 Vdc pass, RF protector with hardware, suitable for 800 to 2500 MHz
- Flange mounting bracket
- 18 in. Type N to SMA coaxial jumper
- 24 in. ground wire assembly

The 29553 is a ground lug and wire assembly used to ground our RF surge and bulkhead fitting products. The 24 in., 12 AWG, stranded wire is terminated on one end with a 5/8 in. ring lug. The lug is positioned between the RF connector and the enclosure wall, or the lug is secured using the nut and lock washer supplied with the RF connector.
