The 19239 guy kit provides additional support for the CM110 tripod's mast in high wind conditions. This guy kit is for CM110s that are constructed from stainless steel. Aluminum versions of the CM110 use the 17711 guy kit; both the aluminum CM110 and 17711 guy kit are retired.

The guy kit increases the wind load the CM110 can sustain. Specifically, the recommended maximum wind loads for an unguyed, stainless-steel CM110 are:

• 75 mph (33.5 m/s) sustained
• 95 mph (42.5 m/s) gusts

Whereas, the recommended maximum wind loads for a guyed, stainless-steel CM110 (guyed from mast to feet) are:

• 80 mph (35.8 m/s) sustained
• 100 mph (44.7 m/s) gusts
